Ingredients
* 3/4 cup macaroni broken in inch pieces
* 2 quarts boiling water
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 1/2 cups white sauce
Instructions
Cook as for Boiled Macaroni, and reheat in white sauce.
White Sauce
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/2 cups scalded milk
Instructions
Melt butter, add flour with salt, and pour on slowly scalded milk.
